The 21st Century Schools programme is dedicated to providing support to all levels of teaching and non-teaching staff in schools in order to implement CTPS and coding skills successfully to the teaching practices. One of the training we provide for schools participating in the programme is School Leaders training.
The Guide for Leadership has the purpose of explaining the basics of CTPS and coding on micro:bit devices, why changes in teaching practices are necessary, how to organize Coding Clubs in school and why it is important, how to lead and motivate teams, lead the change process and communicate the vision.
